The objectives of the Forum shall be to:

• identify and develop strategies to meet labour market needs for skills and competence
• contribute to building up an appropriate learning environment for the development, competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises
• enhance versatility of human capital by ensuring that the skills and competence acquired match the skills and competence required in the workplace
• help employees and employers embrace changes and manage the upcoming employability challenges.

Registration and participation in the Forum is free of charge.
