Following the Tripartite Committee held today, Government has recommended that an additional remuneration of Rs400 per month be paid to all full-time employees as from 01 January 2019.

Business Mauritius will issue a detailed Information Note on this subject matter to all its Members and will provide guidance on payment of Additional Remuneration for part-time employees as soon as the relevant Additional Remuneration Act is enacted.
